All attendees must complete the ACTIVITY SIGN UP Form before access to the building will be permitted. The form must be completed the day before to ensure that your name is entered on the DAILY ACCESS LIST. Please note that access is reflective of the allotted capacity number, therefore access is not guaranteed. (In addition, everyone must complete a COVID QUESTIONAIRE before entering the building).
